Investment into Husky Athletics

Make a meaningful investment into all current athletic programs in order to increase school spirit, alumni participation, and publicity for the school.

    NU already spends enough money on their student athletes - if you want to increase school spirit, give out more financial aid! Then we can actually have time to go to sporting events instead of having to work to pay off the $55,000 a year tuition.

      Athletic events are already free for students- there are schools where tuition is just as expensive AND students have to pay extra to attend games, yet they have better attendance and more donations. Part of that is because their teams are consistently better... because schools spend more money on them.
